About us
A small formulation team, one honest botanical drop.
The Minerals Lab makes Cutting Drops — a liposomal botanical formula built from ten concentrated plant extracts. This page tells you exactly who runs this store, what you're buying, where it ships, and the consumer rights that protect you in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand.
Who's actually behind this store
The Minerals Lab is a registered trading name of URBAN CLOTHING PTY LTD (ABN 78 671 782 111), a company registered in Queensland, Australia. We are a small, direct-to-consumer wellness brand — we design, source, and ship one product: Cutting Drops.
We're not a pharmacy, a clinic, or a multinational supplement conglomerate. We're a hands-on team based in Brisbane who formulate, test, and stand behind a single liposomal botanical blend. Every ingredient decision, every policy on this site, and every reply from our support inbox comes from the same small team — not an outsourced call centre.
This page exists so you know exactly who you're buying from before you add anything to your cart: our legal name, our address, how to reach us, what you're getting, where we ship, and the consumer protections that apply to you wherever you're reading this from.
One formula. Ten botanicals. No filler ingredients.
Cutting Drops is a liposomal botanical formula built from ten concentrated plant extracts — including ginger, fennel, peppermint, dandelion, elderberry and burdock root. These botanicals are traditionally used to ease everyday bloating, support digestion, and encourage the body's natural detox and lymphatic flow. Liposomal delivery wraps each botanical in a protective shield designed to help carry more of it through your system than a standard liquid drop.
Each serving delivers 1,200mg of this blend in a base of purified water and vegetable glycerin, naturally flavoured with real mango dragonfruit — no artificial dyes, no synthetic sweeteners, no unnecessary fillers. The product is formulated to be 100% vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free.
How it's taken
One full dropper (1mL) daily, straight or mixed into water — ideally in the morning. Nothing to measure, shake, or swallow.
How it's made
Formulated and manufactured in a facility that follows batch testing protocols, with each batch checked by an independent third-party laboratory for purity.
Where to buy it
Directly from themineralslab.com only. We don't currently sell through third-party marketplaces or resellers, so buying direct is the only way to guarantee authenticity and freshness.
Five countries, one honest delivery estimate.
We ship from Australia to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand only. We don't currently ship anywhere else, and we won't take an order we can't fulfil to your address.

What Cutting Drops is — and what it isn't.
Cutting Drops is a botanical wellness product, not a medicine, and it isn't intended to replace advice from a qualified health professional. The traditional uses of ginger, fennel, peppermint, dandelion, elderberry and burdock root described on this site relate to general wellbeing — easing everyday bloating, supporting digestion, and encouraging the body's natural detox and lymphatic flow. We don't claim Cutting Drops diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease, and individual results vary from person to person.
Before you start
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing an existing medical condition. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
This statement has not been evaluated by Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration, the US Food and Drug Administration, the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, Health Canada, or New Zealand's Medsafe. Cutting Drops is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
On the reviews you'll see
Ratings and reviews shown on our product pages come from customers who have purchased Cutting Drops, and are collected and moderated through our review platform before publishing. We don't edit customer wording to change its meaning, but we do remove reviews that breach our moderation guidelines — for example content that is abusive, discloses another person's private information, or clearly breaches our platform's terms.
Experiences described in reviews are individual and are not a guarantee of what any other customer will experience. Where a review references a specific outcome, that reflects one person's account of their own use and routine, not a claim we make about the product ourselves.
Consumer protections that apply wherever you're shopping from.
Our store discounts and return windows sit on top of — and never replace — the statutory rights you already have under the law of your own country. Open the section that applies to you below.
🇦🇺Australia
URBAN CLOTHING PTY LTD is registered in Queensland and trades as The Minerals Lab. As an Australian consumer, you're protected regardless of anything in our store policies.
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Cutting Drops comes with automatic consumer guarantees that it will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match its description. These guarantees can't be excluded, and our 30-day return window is offered in addition to them, not instead of them.
- Remedies: if a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement; for a minor issue, we're entitled to first offer a repair, replacement or refund.
- Regulator: the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and your state or territory fair trading office (e.g. NSW Fair Trading, Consumer Affairs Victoria, the Queensland Office of Fair Trading) oversee these rights.
- Privacy: we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, detailed in our Privacy Policy.
- Marketing emails: any marketing email we send includes a functioning unsubscribe option, consistent with the Spam Act 2003.
- Product classification: Cutting Drops is sold as a botanical wellness product. We do not represent it as a listed therapeutic good, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for care from a registered health practitioner.
🇺🇸United States
We ship to customers across the United States and take federal and state-level consumer protection seriously, even though we are not a US-registered company.
- FTC Act, Section 5: we avoid unfair or deceptive claims about what Cutting Drops does; structure/function statements on this site (e.g. "supports digestion") are traditional-use descriptions, not disease claims.
- Dietary supplement framing: statements about Cutting Drops have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, consistent with the framework set out under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA).
- Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule: we tell you our estimated shipping timeframes before you pay, and if we can't ship within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will contact you with the option to cancel for a full refund.
- State consumer protection laws: most states (for example California's Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and equivalent unfair-practices statutes elsewhere) give you additional rights against false advertising and unfair billing on top of federal law.
- Sales tax: where applicable, state and local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
- One-time purchase: unless a page you're ordering from clearly states otherwise, Cutting Drops is sold as a single, one-time purchase — we do not enrol you in a recurring subscription without your clear, separate consent, in line with state automatic-renewal laws such as California's.
🇬🇧United Kingdom
UK customers are protected by strong statutory rights that apply on top of anything we offer voluntarily.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they aren't, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on how long you've had the item.
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: because you're buying online, you have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, without needing to give a reason. Our 30-day return window is more generous than this legal minimum and runs alongside it, not in place of it.
- Pre-contract information: before you complete checkout, this site sets out the total price, delivery costs, our identity and address, and your right to cancel, as required under the Regulations.
- UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018: your personal data is handled in line with UK data protection law, including your rights to access, correct, or delete your data — set out in our Privacy Policy.
- PECR: marketing emails include a clear way to opt out, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
- Regulator: Trading Standards and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) oversee these consumer protections in the UK.
🇨🇦Canada
Consumer protection for online purchases in Canada is largely set at the provincial level, alongside federal privacy and advertising law.
- Provincial consumer protection acts: depending on your province (for example Ontario's Consumer Protection Act 2002 or Québec's Consumer Protection Act), you have rights around clear pre-contract disclosure for internet sales, and in some cases a cancellation window if key information wasn't properly disclosed before you paid.
- Competition Act (Canada): this federal law prohibits false or misleading representations in advertising; we describe Cutting Drops using traditional-use language rather than guaranteed outcomes for this reason.
- CASL: under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, we only send marketing emails with your consent and always include a working unsubscribe link.
- PIPEDA: your personal information is handled under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, detailed in our Privacy Policy.
- Natural health products: ingestible botanical products sold into Canada can fall under Health Canada's Natural Health Products Regulations. If you have questions about a Natural Product Number (NPN) or Canadian labelling requirements for a specific shipment, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the current position for your order.
🇳🇿New Zealand
New Zealand shoppers are covered by two core consumer protection statutes that apply regardless of where the seller is based.
- Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If Cutting Drops fails to meet these guarantees, you're entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Fair Trading Act 1986: we're prohibited from making misleading or deceptive claims about what Cutting Drops does; this is why our wellness statements are framed around traditional botanical use rather than promised medical outcomes.
- Regulator: the Commerce Commission oversees fair trading compliance in New Zealand.
- Privacy Act 2020: personal information collected from New Zealand customers is handled in line with the Information Privacy Principles, set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Food and supplement standards: botanical ingestible products sold in New Zealand can be subject to the joint Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code administered by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ). We keep our labelling and claims aligned with traditional-use, non-therapeutic language for this reason.
